Attorney's Fees in Defense Cases

Most attorneys in criminal cases charge flat fees so that the client knows the total cost of representation when they hire the attorney. In most cases, I charge $2000 for a misdemeanor and $5,000 for a felony, which generally includes the trial fee. These prices may be higher if the client has prior convictions. If the case is resolved by dismissal of charges or a plea agreement made before a trial setting is assigned by the court, then these prices are reduced. Flexible payment plans are available.
